Insurance Information
ALL NEW INCOMING INTERNATIONAL (here on a student visa) will be covered by this policy for their first semester and billed accordingly. During the first semester, follow the steps listed below to waive out of this plan.
If you are a continuing studentand can show that you have purchased alternative coverage, you now have the option of waiving out of this plan. New students must be on the plan for one semester.
To waive out of the college insurance.
1) Download WAIVER,
2) Complete the information on the waiver and provide supporting documentation (a copy of policy).
3) mail waiver and documentation to:

Insurance cards can be picked up in the OISS office. Please read the materials that accompany the card. We can still assist you with the claims process and, as before, all information about processed benefits will come directly to your post office box.
