Training & Prevention of Sexual Harassment
Human Resources has launched an on-line Prevention of Sexual Harassment Training for all Manhattanville Employees. This compliance training is an important initiative and a mandatory requirement for ALL EMPLOYEES. It reflects our campus commitment to building awareness at all levels and creating and maintaining a respectful and supportive work environment.
The program is a basic course, which takes approximately 45 minutes to complete. It is an interactive module developed by HR Classrooms with input from our HR Team. It will include: scenarios and question and answer segments; how to identify the two types of sexual harassment; and a better understanding of your responsibility in maintaining an environment free of sexual harassment.
