Class Cancellation Procedure
Cancellations due to Faculty illness or inclement weather will be posted here and on the bulletin board outside of the Registrar’s Office. You can also obtain cancellations from our voice mail at (914) 323-5337, option #1.
There is a wide variance of weather conditions that exist throughout the Manhattanville College commuting area. Some areas may be affected by snow and/or icing conditions while other areas experience only rain. With rare exception, Manhattanville College will be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In the event of severe weather conditions that may make the college site inaccessible or delay opening, your primary source of information will be area radio and television stations listed below. Additionally, a message on the status of the college can be obtained by either calling (914) 694-2200 or visiting our website home page
If necessary, weather related announcements during the workday will be coordinated and disseminated through the various departments.
