Professor Crystal is coach and consultant to many of the foremost leaders and organizations in the world, including Merrill Lynch, Omnicom, Pernod-Ricard USA, McKinsey & Co., Credit Suisse, Avon Products and McGraw-Hill.  He has spent  more than thirty years helping people perform better at work while deriving more fulfillment from work.

In addition to his extensive experience in corporate and consulting roles, Michael holds degrees in psychology, industrial management and organizational behavior, and has post-doctoral certifications in the advanced study of organizational development/effectiveness from Stanford, Harvard and Columbia universities.

An affiliate of the APA Society of Consulting Psychology, Michael is a member of Who's Who in Finance & Industry and Who's Who Amongst Human Services Professionals.  In addition to being a professor at Manhattanville College’s Graduate School for Professional Studies, he has been a guest lecturer at the University of Michigan Graduate School of Business Executive Education Program.

At Manhattanville he teaches courses in Communications, Leadership and Organizational Behavior.
