Elizabeth I. McCann ’52, who has had a 47-year career in the theater business, was honored as a woman of notable distinction in theater production by The League of Professional Theatre Women. The organization profiled “Liz” for its oral history program, during which she spoke about her experiences as managing producer of the annual Tony Awards, and the state of the industry today.

Jean Fox Csaposs ’53, who served as chair of the 50th Reunion class in April, was recently featured by the magazine People with Disabilities. The article highlighted her career and discussed the obstacles she has overcome.

Frances Asam ’58 received the Cor Unum Award of the Associated Alumnae and Alumni of the Sacred Heart. She was honored for her dedication to, and work on behalf of, Kenwood, Convent of the Sacred Heart in Albany, and Manhattanville College, as well as her work in Clifton and Cincinnati, Ohio, areas.

Ginger Casserly Kilbane ’58 travels extensively for her business, Hotel. Many of her found pieces are sold through the Hotel Silver Shop at Bergdorf Goodman in New York. Last year, one item was featured in a full-page ad in The New York Times, to promote the launch of the retailer’s “Very Bergdorf” campaign.

Susan Seymour Murphy ’58 is working on a study of women with HIV. In January, she also braved the bitter cold to participate in a peace march in Washington, D.C.

Marie Santone Sasso ’58 is working fulltime with her husband, selling and servicing medical equipment. She traveled to Tuscany and Umbria last year, and to Sicily over the summer.
